The Shandong Healthcare Security Bureau is responsible for the construction and operations of the province-wide healthcare security information platform. Innovation 1: Real-time Perception + Rapid Response

NI-System v7.0 unified monitoring + Shandong Connect alert push enables real-time anomaly perception. Even more innovative: based on CMDB business relationships, temporary groups are automatically created, pulling relevant parties into group collaboration, and groups are automatically dissolved when the process ends.

Innovation 2: PC + Mobile Integration

Ticket status is pushed to Shandong Connect, and approvals can be handled anytime, anywhere. Ops personnel are no longer limited by office location, and response speed is greatly improved.

Innovation 3: Full-Process Closed Loop

From alert notification → incident handling → group collaboration → verification → risk assessment → change approval → implementation → validation, forming a complete closed loop with every step traceable.
